James Madison STEAM Academy is a PK-8 replacement school set in an underserved community. AP’s comprehensive construction approach was crucial in securing the project and ensuring its successful, on-time and under-budget completion.

This 121,612-square-foot, three-story greenfield outpatient care facility in northeast Colorado Springs includes imaging, orthopedic, rehabilitation, multi-specialty, ENT, urology, neurology, women’s care, breast surgery, breast imaging and lab testing.

The Colorado Convention Center expansion included a new 80,000-square-foot ballroom that can subdivide into 19 rooms (the largest multifunction ballroom in Colorado), a 20,000-square-foot rooftop terrace and 35,000 square feet of pre-function space with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Nest56 at Denargo Market is more than a housing project — it’s a beacon of hope for young adults transitioning out of foster care. This five-story, 56-unit community stands as a testament to their commitment to giving residents the support they need.

MTech Mechanical successfully completed the U.S. Air Force Academy Hosmer Visitor’s Center in extreme weather conditions. The team implemented cutting-edge mechanical systems that aligned with a challenging architectural design, delivering a landmark project ahead of schedule and within budget.

The Colorado Convention Center Expansion design-build project included increasing flexible meeting space by approximately 220,000 square feet, adding a 20,000-square-foot terrace to provide mountain views, refreshing the lobby areas, updating the technology and improving wayfinding throughout the convention center.

Flintco converted a shell into The South Denver Cardiology Heart Center, featuring exam rooms, offices with patios, a procedure room, storage, a conference room and a reception area with mountain views. The space optimizes patient comfort and care, elevating the cardiac treatment experience.

Highlights of this project include early onboarding of major trades for schedule efficiency and pull-planning process for better QA/QC, higher productivity and more accurate durations. The project led to workforce development opportunities in collaboration with the client. There were 239,295 man-hours logged and no OSHA job transfer or restriction cases.

The Falcon Stadium project was completed on a fast-track schedule without safety incidents, using innovative technologies and sustainable materials. Despite significant weather events and site constraints, the project was delivered ahead of schedule with extensive stakeholder collaboration.

With Adolfson & Peterson Construction in a design-assist role, the 199,358-square-foot Northridge High School was transformed. Renovations encompassed polishing, grinding and staining of concrete floors; building a chiller system and fan replacement with TAB; new paint throughout; and fire alarm/suppression system upgrades.
